So many to choose from and positive and negative comments from folks on most if not all of them. I always suggest trying to a manufacturer local to your area so you can go see one and possibly get a demo on it. All the manufacturers who advertise here are reputable so thats a good starting point, maybe one of them is local. Where are you located?

This question would be better in the "CNC Plasma general forum". There is also the "CNC plasma table controller forum" which separates the table Manufactures with info from member that have those tables. After some research you should be able to find info to make a selection.

As said above, there are many good quality cnc plasma cutting tables to choose from. Do you have any personal past experience using a plasma cutter, plasma table, or design software? Is your $15k budget for the table only, or does this sum include the plasma cutter, consumables, air compressor, etc? If you have no cad/cam experience - a good place to start might be trying to learn one of the drawing programs (Inkscape, CorelDraw, LightBurn, Fusion 360, etc.) along with an associated CAM program such as SheetCam used to convert your vector drawing to cutting paths and actual g-code to run your table.

Even if you plan to use purchased designs for your metal art - you will still need to know how to edit/modify these, convert to cut paths, etc. It might help to give us a little bit more background on your personal experience and/or capabilities with regard to your intended new business venture.

Jack - did you ever decide on and purchase a plasma table? If so, let us know what you bought and how you are liking it so far.
Thanks,
David
