Machine settings
We are trying to cut 24 gauge steel, we need to know what to set the machine at. (amps, air, speed, volts, etc.) The smallest tip we can use is 30 amp, for our torch. Please help we don't want to loose a job, but it just isn't working....

Give this a try:
40 amp fine cut tip
arc current: 30 amps
arc voltage (set point) : 80
ipm: 150
40 amp fine cut tip
