How do I set the size of the cutout?
Is there a way to manually enter the size you want the cutout to be without using the mouse to resize it?

You can select circle, move cursor to where you want the circle, left click, then type in size of circle in inches, IE 36 then hit enter, you will have a 36 inch circle.

Re: How do I set the size of the cutout?
I have PlasmaCam and I don't know of a way to scale the drawing without using scale command. Here is the way I scale my drawings if I need a certain size. If I want my drawing to be 16" wide for instance, I will draw a 16" square, move my drawing inside the square and use the scale command to scale the size up or down until it fits the square, then I delete the square. If you need help on the commands to do this, let me know and I will help you. It is a fast and simple way to scale your drawings.

to scale a object, first select your object (all green) then on your keyboard push "s" key shortcut for scale, take crosshair left click on one side, then move to other side and click, type in inches you want and hit enter your object will be scaled to whatever you typed in.
