Hypertherm Cartridges Rebuild

Just wanting to know if anyone has heard of being able to rebuild the cartridges. I love using them, but it seems like a waste to have to throw the whole cartridge away. Does anyone have experience with this?

I think that's kind of the point. Rebuilding them would be just like the old multi component system that they went away from. Supposedly all of the parts are designed to be used up at the same time anyway. Throwing away the whole cartridge is also how they make money.

It would be possible if you could buy the individual components but they will never offer that. This is a good money maker and will reduce tech issues which will in turn save them money. it's a win win for them.
