Help finding replacement gears for stepper motor.

Need help finding replacement gears for stepper motors on my plasma table they are 15 teeth and are on Nema 23 is the motor.Any help on where to find them would be greatly appreciated.

What brand table are they off of? Something isn't right. Generally Nema 23 motors have a .250" shaft, your image shows a shaft diameter of. 330" and another image shows the ID of the gear to be .305". Is the ID of these gears stepped from a small to larger diameter?

First is the gear not removable? I think the motor shaft is 8 MM which is common.

You will need to know the spect. on the gear here is on on eBay don't know if it will fit.

The gear is removable the photo is one a bad motor the guy gave me and the gear is stuck on that motor but also have two extra motors and all measure the exact same for the output shaft.

Why not just call the manufacturer and get the wright gear?

My understanding is that Wright went out of business. The gears should be removable, so if the motor is bad - don't worry about damaging it. Use some heat, gear puller, etc. to remove the gear. If you have to, cut the shaft off at the motor and then use a hydraulic press to press the old shaft out of the gear. Then install the gear onto you replacement motor.

Ah 10-4 I saw their website was still up so figured just give them a call and buy them. But ya if he doesn't need new ones and just needs to get it off the shaft that will be much easier than finding gears with those wacky dimensions.

I’m going through the table, the gears that are on the table currently show pitting and wear they are still ok for now just want to be able to swap them out once they start getting sloppy. The one that’s stuck on the motor isn’t the issue I just used it for specs. I would like to eventually replace all the gears and bearing all at once so I can basically start fresh.

You may try to find a local hobby machinist who could cut the gears for you, Maybe a local trade school, class project thing.
