Doug - this one has been listed for almost 3 months with no takers. Seller just dropped his price by $1700 to $8K. I think maybe $7k or so would seal the deal.

1: Import into inkscape
2: Immediately SAVE AS
3: choose "save as type:"Desktop Cutting Plotter (autoCAD DXF R12)(*.dxf)
4: import into Torchmate
Done..
Torchmate hates all other versions of DXF other than R12.. Free and fast and easy.

In my personal experience this is inaccurate information. Both versions (dxf R14 and dxf R12) import to TMCad just fine for me.
