newbie here

Post by wiltshire_chris »

Evening folks, I'm a mechanic and have been for as long as I can remember. I've been making things since I learnt to weld, the natural progression of where I am is CNC table, I've been collecting parts over the past few months, the steel arrived on Monday so over the coming weeks we should have something that resembles a working table

Welcome to the forum Chris! I will look forward to hearing (and seeing) more details about your build. What cutter are you using, and which is your preferred design software? Thanks,
David

My plan is to use a cheap amazon hf start cut 50, hopefully I can get zero noise with enough fettling. I've started making smokers and I believe a table will help with hinges, door latches etc. not to mention the almost obligatory F bomb bottle openers and anything else they can earn a ££
