A60 pulsing wont cut

Can anyone help? I have a cutmaster a60.it just pulses the arc wont cut.any ideas? Thanks in advance

Perhaps you have a poor connection between your material and work lead ("ground") clamp.

Cllean the beveled edge on the start cartridge plunger with a scotchbrite pad and that may fix it.

Are you sure you have the correct consumables and have installed them correctly? Does it have the same problem when you attempt to cut by hand - assuming you are using a hand torch?
