Toolpath for Straight Cuts

I was wondering if there is a way when creating toolpaths to have a mix of cuts with a lead in and lead out and ones with out?

I have a mix of closed geometry and also just straight lines and arcs that cannot have lead in/out.

Does this require 2 different Setups?

It would depend on what software you are using to to process the design once you have it out of CAD. I see you have posted this in the Autodesk/Fusion forum but are you using Autodesk/Fusion to post process and spit out your g-code also or are you saving your design as a DXF and using a program like Sheetcam to process it?

Fusion 360 allows you to adjust the lead-in length, etc. Just do the paths with no lead-ins as a separate group.

Here is a sample part that has several large circles along with 3 straight line cuts. The 3 lines are cut first (Profile 1) with the kerf width set to zero.
Then the circles and outer perimeter are cut (Profile 2) using the desired lead-in length. When you post process this you will have zero lead-in lengths for the 3 straight line cuts and the specified lead-in length for the circles and outer perimeter.

When you say group, do you mean Setup?

When I said "group", I was referring to the different profiles which each contain groups of features to cut.
So Profile 1 contains a group of 3 straight lines, and Profile 2 contains the 3 circles plus the outer perimeter.
