magnetic break away torch holder

I just finished mounting my Mark II version of a magnetic break away floating head torch mount. Attached is a video showing how the holder functions. And images of the 3-D printed parts for the assembly shown and files for the parts are free for the asking. The parts with the sliding bearings have pockets for magnetic to be epoxied in and the torch holder parts have pockets for steel discs. These are what hold the holder to the sliding parts. There also is a breakaway switch mounted on the top bearing slider, and the floating head switch is mounted on the rail holders. It uses 8 MM chrome shafts and poly linear bearings.

Happy to help since 3-D printers is just another CNC machine it adds to the fun of developing and expanding/learning the software needed. I use a simple program called 123D Design, when I grow up I want to learn Fusion 360, of Simple 3-D.
