Guys,
New to the board and Plasma Tables, some old history with other CNC machines.
I’m on the last mile of restoring an Old EZ-CUT 5x10 table. Basically all I need at this point is the Input Pin Number for the Voltage divider from the Hypertherm 125 to the controller.
The controller appears to be a relabeled Flashcut 4 Axis 8A Microstepper . Software is EZCut (which appears to be a light GUI on top of an older Flashcut Version, somewhere in the “5.x.x Range”.)
I have been able to identify all of the other requisite inputs and outputs from the configuration setting, with the exception of the Voltage Divider Feed through the CPC to the controller.
The unit did not have the Hypertherm when acquired and thus the connectors and pin out are lost. I have exhaustively searched and cannot find the data.
If anyone is running one of these units in largely original configuration, I would be in your debt if you could provide the controller end pin out by color / location or a couple good pictures..
Much appreciated.
JT

Have you reached out to Flashcut to see if they can help you?
