dont tread on me clean file

Does anyone have this file that is cut ready??? I tried this one but it has alot of broken lines or broken lines i cant seem to catch them when i take it over to sheetcam.

I looked at your file and there are a few dots which may be causing a problem when you plan in SheetCam. You can move them to another layer in SheetCam and uncheck that layer. I did also use a internet DXF to SVG conversion program, and boy did it screw it up, this tells me the original files was saved with a program that has a different format for the DXF then other programs may not be able to open cleanly.

Looks like it could be a splines issue. SheetCam doesn't seem to like splines. Have to convert them to polylines.

Try this file and see if it's better. Sometimes saving as an R14 works for most people.

Your file opened fine for me with Design Edge. It did have many intersections that were joined together when I linked it.

I tried and still a disaster I downloaded the file from this forum, it still wont open correctly. Thankyou Larry

Thank you David for looking at it as well I thought I corrected all broken lines but they still throw an error. I'm a beginner so its super steep curve my cad software is ViaCad. Its pretty simple but maybe i need something with better tools in it to fix this????

This one opens fine for me. Only 6 intersections and should cut fine. I am thinking this may be a problem with the method Larry is using to process the file with Sheetcam.

I used MasterCam to open the original file and then saved it back as an AutoCad R 14. I did not even try to edit the file at all asI did not deed it right now, but I did look at it and it looked cuttable to me.
