Hi all
I have been having some issues with porous welds after cutting with My water table. I was having the issues when I was using GreenCut and have since switched to SterlingCool Plasmacut. I have not had to weld anything since switching to SterlingCool. I was lazy and didn’t grind the edge after cutting. Has anyone else ran into this issue. Thanks in advance.

dirty metal is a prime cause of porous welds.

Pete - I would recommend cleaning the weld areas with lacquer thinner before welding to remove the cutting fluid residue.
