It would be a help if you described one problems at a time with some more detail of the electronics controlling your table. And the software you are using. Is this a new table you have not been able to get it going or a used table you bought from someone else.

It's a new table few years old we got before retirement. And just started using it it will make a cut then stop at the same point in middle of the cut as we all know trucut went out of business so no help there.there are several issues I will post with all information about the machine hypertherm 85 plasma sheet cam software

When it stops is the torch raised up off of the material causing a flameout? Or does the torch keep firing and just the movement stops?

I agree. It would be helpful if you would let us know more information - control electronics and control software, torch height control, etc. And as was asked previously - was your table working correctly and then this problem occurred, or have you never had this table running/cutting properly before?
