i need to make a cut file of this sign 24" dia having trouble with all the layers after bitmap trace

See if this works for you. I was working on online product customization and pulling my hair out so needed a break from that. I did it with and without the town name as that's a pretty small area. It's several pieces but only stacks up 3 layers deep unless you want to add a 4th behind the text.
