Need conversion help, should be easy!

I'm having trouble converting this highly detailed Lion! You can see it right? He has a crown of thorns, and a tear coming from his eye. He has holes through his paws from being crucified, and his paws are resting on 7 scrolls. Should be pretty easy!
I got this beauty yesterday! No, it wasn't a 5 year old that drew it, it was an adult! This is just some humor for today! I really did get this from someone, but I don't expect anyone to take this 'Conversion help' seriously!

Finally came back to this project. This is what I came up with. Religious version as they asked for, and non-religious version.
