powermax 85 code 0-99

my powermax 85 quit working in the middle of a cut,and shows a 0-99 code...upon going thru it looking for an issue,it appears the fan is not working.i did some testing with the volt meter,and found there to be voltage at the fan,the fan shudders and tries to go,but will not run.i put power directly to the fan and it will not go,so im assuming that it is faulty.

does anyone know the best place to order a replacement fan,preferably in canada,but not necessary
