What CAM software is everybody using and why? Your likes - dislikes - system - ect..
I use CD16 to draw and the TM on the 2x2 table, the new 6x12 requires a separate system for it's Masso controller and I wanted some input prior to parting with $$

Re: CAM Software
SheetCam seems to be use a lot and has a MASSO post processor in its list of table for making the G-code, you can download the Demo version and give it the sniff test

Re: CAM Software
Been There done that, I even fixed the defective PP's.
I like the ability to cut slits with no lead in and still have editable lead ins for in/out-side cuts, Curios to see what the BobCad and Fusion 360 crowd has to offer.

Re: CAM Software
fusion 360 does not have a pp listed for the Masso
https://cam.autodesk.com/hsmposts
normally someone puts in a request and Autodesk will create one..... whether that will be a universal one.... one for mill, plasma etc I have no idea.
I use sheetcam and am happy with it.... it does slits for me without lead-ins.... not sure what you want extra.
for mill and router I use https://www.estlcam.de/index.php
if you put in a request he may create a post processor for the Masso....although I'm not convinced that it is the best solution for plasma and thc plus snippets and path rules.... sheetcam rules in that area for plasma.... I would be very surprised if fusion360 can do plasma as well as sheetcam..... simply because of stuff like snippets and path rules

Re: CAM Software
Fusion has a plasma PP for the Masso, I was just curious how people liked the various programs before I made a decision on which one to buy.
