Ultra-Cut 100XT Won't Cut Above 36 Amps

We have a Ultra-Cut 100XT that we have used for a couple months without problems. We are now getting 104 (Lost Transfer) error when we try cutting anything at 37A or greater. Gene with TD has been a great help to us as we troubleshoot, but we are unable to find the problem.

Anyone experienced anything similar?
