Are there any good schematics of the cutmaster 42? I have a mega v plasma by MillRight and would like to use the cutmaster 42, or would it be better to buy a lasercut 45 or primeweld cut 60 that have the Cnc port already? I’m a electrician for the military so wiring don’t scare me!
Thoughts?
(I searched all over and couldn’t find anything relating)

+ affordable option
your delrin runners may take a hammering over time.... but you can get replacements easiliy and cheaply from the openbuilds range of parts + on the slow boat from china

any help?
schematic back page?
Although this does not relate to your THC it has some interesting interface information on PDF page 14/38 which provides the pinout if your machine has the cnc connector but also the board connections too..

I'm not sure if its available for your machine but TD make an automation interface which gives you a fully populated CPC port. MAke sure you get the one with the divided voltage. as there is another part number that doesn't

The delrin rollers are millright proprietary, they designed them. They are 3 times as big as the regular size rollers. So if they do take a hammering either I machine my own or buy from millright.

Ah, sensible as I'm not sure / confident that the openbuild ones would stand up to a life of plasma blowback at time of pierce.... But keen to learn otherwiseTrialnterror wrote: ↑Sun Jun 07, 2020 4:47 pm The delrin rollers are millright proprietary, they designed them. They are 3 times as big as the regular size rollers. So the TD interface kit is
Thermal Dynamics 9-8311 automation interface kit

Its hard to find the manual online but it will be included. Best I could find was this
