TD Pak 25 pilot return

The procedure for checking the pilot return for the ThermalDynamics Pak 25, https://wiki.hive13.org/images/d/d1/The ... manual.pdf , section 5.09, part D, no. 3 (p. 36) , is unclear. Should there be infinite resistance between the torch block and the pilot return lead? With the lead disconnected, I measure a resistance of about 52 ohms. It appears from looking at the schematic (p. 53) that the torch lead is isolated from the pilot return connected to E14. Is my reading of 52 ohms an indication that I need to replace the torch head assembly? Thanks.
