I AM CUTTING 1/4 PLATE IF I SET MACHINE ON MANUAL IT CUTS FINE I CAN TOGGLE UP AND DOWN MANUAL DURING CUT
HOW DO I GET IT TO ADJUST DURING AUTO CORRECTLY

Best bet is to work with Torchmates tech service department....there are settings in their software that have to be properly set-up in order to make the THC operate as designed. They also have a cut speed test that will help determine the voltage/eight relationship for calibration purposes.
