How to adjust pierce height

I am running BobCAD v24 with Mach3 without THC. When I hit the go button the torch raises up to what seems like the rapid height (which is about .5" off the metal) lights and lowers down to the metal. Where is the setting to have it lower down to about cut height light and wait a second then take off?

Not a lot of Bobcad users here, most are using Sheetcam. I would suggest contacting Bobcad to determine what settings are what, they seem to be a little weak on the plasma side of things. Good luck
