1250 g3 other charts

So I have a samson 510 with a powermax 1250, I have all the cut charts but I'm having a hell of a time finding charts for proper kerf (or nozzle orifice size to multiply it by 1.5), air pressures. I understand that hypertherm has multiple models but Why do we not have charts for these?

I couldn't find kerf width charts for the 1250 either. Just set your machine up to cut a 6" straight line at the appropriate speed, height, and amperage and then measure the kerf width, document it for future reference and your all set

Does it have the older machine torch or the newer Duramax? You could probably takes the values from the 85 and be close.

I have some cut charts for this machine, let me see if I can find them and upload them here. At one point, I got the kerfs from either here or on another forum where Jim Colt posted for both the older torches as well as the new Duramax torch, which I have. Give me a day or so and Ill see what I can find.

Here is what i use without any problems using my Duramax Torch but I also used it when I had my old T80M (i belive thats the name of it).
