Hey Guys.
I am fairly new to the site and Plasma cutting. I purchased a Piranha plasma table a while back with a Hypertherm Powermax 85 torch set up... I am having problems cutting fine details like I am seeingsome of you guys doing on this site. I have everything set to factory recommendations and on bigger stuff it seems to do just fine but when I try cutting finer detailed stuff I end up with a lot of missing pieces in the art. I am assuming it is my heat/ speed but just wondering if anyone can give me some ideas or different settings to try. I do have the fine cut tips installed as well. The iron I am using is normally 10ga. mild steel
Thank You in advance.
Jeremy

HI Jeremy
It would help if you attach some images or what you are trying to cut (like screen shots from SheetCam or other display images) and what you actually cut. You may have mechanical problems also.
