Connecting Proma150 to a Miller Spectrum 870 and G540 controller

I am installing a Proma 150 THC to a Gecko G540 and a Miller Spectrum 875 plasma machine. I would like a wiring diagram for the setup. I am to the point that I need to connect the machine torch cutting tip to a point in the wiring system or does it get connected to a grounding point on the table.

Its more a case of not a lot of people using the Miller plasma's so information is limited.

Setup is typically pretty easy, 2 wires to trigger the plasma and 2 wires for your arc voltage +/-

Start with the trigger wires and get it firing and then move onto the arc voltage wires.
