This VW themed bottle opener turned out great. This effect on the VW logo was accomplished with our technique of straight lines close together and create this laser etched appearance. The lines in this example were spaced .010" apart and as you can see it looks awesome! Click on the pic for a larger view if you like.
We used 10g stainless steel for this project and started by cleaning the face of the stainless using an orbital da sander with 180g sand paper. Took only a few seconds get this nice finish on the face.
The scribing of the logo was next and if you want to learn how we easily accomplish this straight line technique in CorelDRAW see this post https://plasmaspider.com/viewtopic.php? ... 86#p168281 Most other design software will be capable of accomplishing this same technique, we just happen to use Corel.
The scribe operation for this took around 5 minutes at a conservative 100ipm. Once complete the EasyScriber was removed and replaced with Finecut Hypertherm consumables. The 2 profiles were then plasma cut at 45 amps at around 90ipm and this beauty was done in only a few minutes.

No, unfortunately it will not work with the 380.
