How long would it take you to draw all of this?

It took me longer than expected to draw all this and the boss and I are trying to figure out how to get me faster at drawing this stuff.

I was wondering how quick you guys could draw this to see if I am performing to standard or if I am lacking some skills to be competitive.

right now I have about a 12 hours into what you are looking at. is that reasonable amount of cad time?

The flowers were drawn from scratch and rejected by customer a couple times till i had them correct in her eyes.

I find myself going back and forth from sheetcam to my cad program tweeking drawings and making them to where they will cut correctly. enclosed is half the file I will be adding more below.

If dxf files are too large put them in a zip file, usually works.
Anyway to your question, CAD time/design should be charged for hourly otherwise the customer will keep changing things and fine tuning and you will lose $$$ everytime. From a quick glance at your files 12 hours seems a bit high but not unreasonable. Also there are several people on here that do design work, you can get estimates from before bidding a job.

Practice!!!!
Experiment with different programs for different tasks. I use AutoCad for my drawing and file creation but only because I am really familiar with it after using it at work for 20+ years. It is not the best for artwork but I make it work. Of course I don't do this for a living either!! Corel Draw and Illustrator are probably much better for artsy stuff.
I use Stencil Fonts (https://www.cadkas.de/ehome.php) for creating all text, save as dxf and import into drawing in CAD.
Experiment with Inkscape (http://alldownloads.net/inkscape/?t202i ... d=tWHZII9L) for tracing, also could be used as primary CAD. A member here Acourtjester is very versed in its use and is very helpful.
I also have hired others to create files for me when I am too busy and need something ready to go when I get to it on my list. Most are not that expensive.
Find some files or art that you would like to cut and experiment in your spare time creating cut files from them.
