Plasma Estimation Software Free

Does anyone have or know of free software that will figure quotes for plasma cutting? I really dont know the best way to do it, ive asked and heard all kinds of ideas like charge per cutting inches ,time, pierces and by the pound. Any help would be great!!!! I found programs but its like $1100 a year to use it!!!!

He has put together an Excel Spreadsheet that makes estimation easy. I think it's great.
