Thc issues and new tools disappearing help

I'm running sheet can mach3 and for some reason when I am using code snippet m101 for a certain layer (lots of small objects) it is only turning thc off for one move? Then goes back on for rest of layer. What the hell changed? Ughhh wasn't watching close enough and crashed and crushed touch off limit switch. The start of code reads

The whole rest of code has no m101,




On a side note. I also have not been able to save any new tools in sheetcam. I've tried using the create new tool button in tools box, using tools/new jet tool at top of page. I've used right click on the tools box, every time I shut down and turn it back on the tools are gone

When you make a change in the tool section click on update operations then under the file menu click on "save toolset as" and give it a name and a date so you can reload it it needed later. Don't save it as default that way you will always have the original toolset.

I have the same issue with tools disappearing in Sheetcam. It started happening about three months ago. Never had the problem before and it doesn't happen every time. I will try that your suggestion acourtjester.

i will give it a try. i want the tools saved. i usually use fine cut for 10g and under. but started using 45 amp shielded for the basic parts stuff. and i have some tools that i deleted, and since then, i cant seem to save any. i also can't save any rules for cutting. i like to use rules to reduce speed to 70% on small holes, and it never is saved
