Hey Guys,
I am running a Tracker Pro Table from 2011 and a Hypertherm 1650 with the Duramax torch upgrade. I was cutting great for a while, but haven't cut much this summer. After drying out my desiccant and replacing consumables, I am still left with wavy cuts on smaller details (straight lines look like this ~~~~~~~~~~~). I am using the same settings I had great luck with before. (I am cutting 14G at 65A / 245 ipm / .15 pierce height / 80psi / basically cut chart settings)
I can post pictures later if necessary, but I was wondering if anyone had any advice. I would be happy to provide any information I forgot as well.
Thanks,
Clayton

Re: New Cut Quality Issue
Check your tracks and make sure they are clean, also, check your bearings and make sure there is no gunk on them. Usually this is a mechanical issue.
