I'm having an issue where Sheetcam will stick at a reduced feedrate (my corner slowdown speed) when exiting corners. Below are screen shots of my rules, as well as the cut path.
On this first shot, I'm looking at cut point in the lower right side of the screen (on the long straight cut). With my corner cut rule on, it exits the corner, and keeps the reduced feed rate until the "always disable DTHC .05 before end of cut" rule kicks in. You'll see it ramps back up to regular feedrate (small green line) at this point, until it gets to the leadout. I've run into this in the past, and forgot to ask about it.
It's like it's ramping back to 100% feedrate after the arc rules, but NOT after the corner rule.
If I shut off the corner rule, it ramps back up to regular speed after the arcs are done.
Any input on what I'm doing wrong?

I don't know if this is where you problem is but what ever is set under "cutting rules" at the top of the page over rules any rules set under the lower tools setup. I always have the upper rules with "none" and add the rules I want in the lower tool setup menu.

Re: Reduced corner feedrate sticking after the corner?
There is definitely something odd going on here. It appears to be some strange interaction between the last 'on arcs' rule and the 'on corners' rule. If you disable either one the fault goes away. I am running some tests to try to figure out what is going on.
