I use virtually any font......as often customers have a preference. With the Plasmacam Design Edge software almost any font will automatically bridge the center cutouts when needed.....and the software does it almost instantly.
I have on occasion simply drawn in bridging on a variety of fonts. Most of the stencil type software look to much like......well, stencils!

Same here, I just modify whatever font the customer asks for. Once you learn how to do it, it is very simple and quick.

I have a Arclight table. I have seen some fonts on this site that have the letters set up to where they still look like a nice font and stay together. Is there another font that I can download? Also I have found that inkscape is a complicated program. thanks guys

Fonts are pretty easy to find. You can purchase a CD/DVD with over 10,000 fonts at any computer software store. You can also search online for fonts on hundreds (maybe thousands) of sites. Some are free to download, others may cost a buck or so to purchase.
Google/youtube a video on "How to install fonts into Windows" (or whatever your operating system is) and when you download the font, it will load it into your windows library and should then show up in all your programs such as Corel and Inkscape. Then you can just select the font you installed, type your word and then modify it as necessary and send to cut.
www.dafont.com is one of many sites where you can spend hours (um...days/weeks) browsing different fonts and downloading them. A google search will bring up thousands more sites to spend your time searching while your table is busy cutting hundreds of parts.
Hope that helps.

Bigger bridges. The bridge needs to be at least the material thickness wide but I generally make the bridges proportionate to the thickness of the letters.

Re: best font for plasma cutting signs etc?
Doing small fonts can be tricky because of the massive heat buildup concentrated in one area. It will blow through the font if it gets to hot. One thing that may help is to stagger your cutting so that you cut one letter and then jump to the other side of the image and cut another, then jump to another area and cut and then go back to the first and cut the second letter and so on. Sometimes it is just to small and there is no way to get around it other than making the spacing larger so it doesn't blow through.
