We use our Soitaab Plasma Cutter to cut tubing for the production of vessels. Two holes, approx. 3" dia. are suppose to be cut 180 degrees from each other on the tube. When we cut carbon steel (mild steel), it is accurately done within tolerances. When we cut stainless steel, it is not cutting these holes 180 degrees. They are noticeably off. We use SolidWorks to draw the part and SigmaTube to produce the CNC post. The holes are drawn and cut from a center plane in the digital part. Both the carbon steel and stainless steel are generated from the same drawing. We care cutting stainless steel at a low amperage, 45amps_N2/N2, Tto create a smooth cut with less slag.
Any recommendations or ideas why it's not cutting these holes at 180 degrees?
Not cutting holes 180 degrees on stick of SS tubing.

Just offhand, I'd say the circumference of the mild steel and stainless tubing are not the same. Double check dimensions of the two tubes.
