Resizing my piece...

Post by cherokee-mfg »

I am trying to cut out a small bracket. In GIMP, the measurements seem right. In SheetCam, they are WAY too big. Three plasma tables. It's only support to be about four by five.

I got this drawing from a guy who knows CAD. Like I said it seems right in GIMP but in SheetCam it's HUGE.

Help please? This is the .PNG image I exported from paint after resizing it there, I couldn't upload the actual SVG.

When you import it into sheetcam, make sure that your settings are 1:1. Chances are that your ratios are off which is why it is probably coming in large.

Hey I REALLY appreciate this input, do you know where I can find that setting? Currently digging for it.

EDIT: I found where to scale :D
