First Time 10mm Cuts

It has been a while since I posted last and just have finally got the chance to cut some 10mm plate after I have had my electrical to my shed/garage updated and boosted to a 10mm cable. I can now run both my air compressor and plasma without my electrical tripping out on the board.

Here are some pics.

The first is the bottom side with the dross showing and the second is the top with the cut quality I am very impressed with.

I used the Powermax 45 manual setting at 500 mm per minute and there is a very "slight" taper but am still happy.

I ended up having to cut 14 of them plus the 1 in the previous post. I also had to cut some circles with "arms" on them and they connect together with the bush which is shown in the pic below. The circles need another hole in the centre of them but the guy who I did them for will machine the hole instead.
