Just got a large aluminum job, Have yet to cut aluminum.
Any suggestions on amps, feeds, hieght control voltage.
I have a Torchmate with Themal Dynamics A80.

I do a lot of 3/16" aluminum, but I use a Hypertherm Powermax45. Settings will be quite different. How about calling Thermal Dynamics tech support for the settings?
