Design Edge path conversion problems

I have a new seat of design edge that is giving me fits on path conversion. Rounding corners on od paths and not cutting radius on id slots.

anyone no what settings I need to change?

you might want to call Plasma Cam support.They've helped me a lot in the past.

Under setings--offset / convert, top right hand corner, where it says offest and there is a box around some options. Check chamfer outside corners, angle should be above 179 degrees, and check the box that says exclude crossovers.

See if that doesn't help.
