18 gauge cold rolled steel, I hit it with a 120 flap and then Copper F/X. I rinsed well and then slightly scuffed with a green scoth brite. Then I applied the Flame F/X. It seems to me, and maybe it has just worked out, that the scuffing seems to let more blue come out.
