Good day.
Are there certain fonts that work better than others, for plasma cutting? Bold fonts instead of thin ones. Ones with tips or swirls on the letters? Or is plasma pretty good with any font?
Thank you and have a fantastic day

Re: Choosing a font
There are a LOT of fonts that cut poorly or not at all. Any thin line font won't cut well and it will drive your THC nuts. Script fonts cut OKAY if they are bolder (like Brushscript) and larger BUT you have to weld the letters together after you type the word in CorelDraw (once welded they are no longer a font, just a shape)
The bolder the better and we got our selection down to about 6 total. The more choices you give a custom the longer they take to decide Take a look at:
Belwe Bd BT
BrushScript BT
CasaBlanca Heavy
Cooper Bold
Schneidler Blk BT
Stencil
Several of the SWISS bold types
You can also find some really decorative single letters in the mega collections at VectorClipart.com and looking around the web. Good ones are in ai or eps format Old English is good in small doses as a monogram and there are some interesting varieties of it. Be careful if small detail unless its a large cutout / The ones below are at least 18 to 24" in size
